  • 2000 – 2013, regional delegate for the EDF Group in Burgundy, President of the « Regional Agency for Development », President of a Council for Sustainable Development, Vice-president of the Burgundy Nuclear competitiveness cluster, member of the Economic Social and Environmental Council,, advisor for Foreign Trade, awarded “Palmes Academiques”.
  • 1997 – 2002, Assistant Delegate, then Delegate for  « Implantations Industrielles d’EDF ( DII) », administrator « France Network », a network of those involved in developing regions (ETD,CNER) and in Europe (Eurada, EBN)
  • 1992 – 2000 : Councillor for the setting-up, then  head of mission for Institute of Management – EDF & GDF, Vice-president of “Association Française de Communication Interne (AFCI)”.
  • 1989 – 1992 : General Secretary of the network of French New Towns (AFDU).
  • 1989 : Head of communication at the Crédit Local de France, subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.
  • 1977 – 1989 : Employed by an National Institute of Forestry Techniques (IDF), firstly as General Secretary for Eastern France then as deputy director
  • 1975 – 1977 : first experience in management for R&D in French West Africa.
